Please follow these steps to remove and re-install your tape drive

1. Click Start button
2. Click Control Panel
3. Double click System
4. Select Hardware tab
5. Click Device Manager button
6. Find the tape in the list and click delete
7. Restart computer/server and let windows pick up and install the new driver.
