When I click 'Finish' on the last step of creating a schedule, I get this error - 'Could not save the schedule, please ensure you have the needed credentials (#25009)', yet if I press OK, it says it saved my backup successfully, but my scheduled backups don't run when I scheduled them. This is usually because the Task Scheduler service is disabled on some systems.  You will need to enable this in Windows .
To do so, go to :

  • Start/Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Services
  • Right click on the Task Scheduler service
  • Press start.
