You may have the wrong security settings on the US DataVault Backup Pro folder.

To add write permissions to a folder, please follow these steps.
1-Right click on the US DataVault Backup Pro folder located in Program Files
2-Click on Sharing and Security...
3-Click on the Security tab
4-Add write permissions for the current account
Note: All subfolders must have the same security settings. When setting permissions you will be prompted for this.
