Our Fee Structure Is Simple
Don't be fooled by other companies that offer $10 for 5GB. They only include one computer, limit your bandwidth, and charge you for total size of your data being backed up BEFORE compression. Some even charge to restore. They'll charge an extra £10/month per computer that you want to add to your backup, if you used too much bandwidth, if you need to restore, etc... By the time you're done, you'll end up paying A LOT MORE than what we charge and you never know what your bill is going to be each month. Most of all don't have the security we offer (they are limited to 128bit encryption), or the feature sets we have.
With us, there are no hidden fees. This is what separates us from our competition:
No Software Fees Or 'Seat' Fees
We provide the software to you at no charge, and you can backup as many servers and/or desktops as you wish. If you have multiple locations, you can install our software at all of your locations, at no extra cost.
No Additional Hardware At Your Location
Many companies want you to install another server at your location. This makes no sense to us, as it is another point of failure in the chain, and another piece of equipment to maintain. This is their way of selling you hardware you don't need.
No Restore Fees
You are in complete control of your backups. You can restore anytime and as many times as you wish, at no cost to you.
No bandwidth fees
If you decide to backup once a week, once a day, or every minute, we do not charge an additional bandwidth fees.
