How do I set up an administrative account, so that I can connect with US DataVault Backup Pro? |

Please follow these steps:
1-Click Start, then control panel
2-Administrative Tools
3-Computer Management
4-Local Users and Groups
5-Then right click Users and click "New user"
6-Follow on screen instructions, make sure your account has a password set
7-After creating the user, right click on the user and click "Properties"
8-Select the "Members Of" tab and make sure, that the user is part of the Administrators group.
9-Restart your computer/server and then try setting up the schedule in US DataVault Backup Pro again. |
