This is the error you're getting:

This means that the software is still running.
Open up Task Manager and click 'Processes'
Find 'StartBackup.exe' and click once on it and click 'End Process'
Try installing again.

If you cannot find 'StartBackup.exe' in the Processes, just restart your computer and try your install again.
