On the manual activation window of the software, you should see a group of letter and/or numbers in groups of 2. That is your MAC address.

You can also follow these steps:

1-Click Start
2-Then Run
3-Then type CMD
4-Then type ipconfig /all
5-Then, please write down the Physical address and email it to support.
