Please follow these steps:

1-Make sure that your computer/server is connected to the Internet. If you don't have an internet connection, please email techsupport@usdatavault.com and we will do a manual activation for your serial number.

2-If your internet is plugged in and working, please wait a few minutes and then try again.

3-If your activation is still not successful after waiting a few minutes, please check and make sure that your firewall is not blocking the returned activation code. Note: You can try turning off the firewall during activation.

4-If you are still not successful, please email
